Gideon was our helper. Came to us as soon as we pulled in. He was very helpful, and is a super successful car dealer. Not to mention, everyone here is friendly and extremely positive. You wont be disappointed!
Going here was a great experience! Julio was friendly and knew what he was talking about, exactly what i was looking for!
Russell Walker and the Koon's team did everything I could ask for in getting my truck ordered and delivered. I choose to go the the Koon's dealership because my experiences with their Parts Staff - over the years those guys have consistantly made if easy for me to do a great deal of my own maintenance by have the parts I need when I needed them. Again to Marcus, Russell and all the folks that made me feel at home at Falls Church store thanks - I'll be back.
Julio was an outstanding help when I came in a week ago. He was very helpful with all the questions I had about all the vehicles on your lot.
Buying a car here was great. I love my focus! ANND when I came to get my car serviced everyone was super helpful :)
The work that everyone does on my vehicles at Koon's Ford in Falls Church is nothing short of fantastic!. Easy in and completion is always done on time. Thanks to Shawn Murch and everyone at Koon's!
Alya is really Great!! Everyone was helpful, Alyla said she was new but she could have fooled me, she was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know something she got back to me with a answer in a timely matter. They surley know what they are doing and have hands down a great facility to purchase a vehicle.
