Very very happy with the service we always get at Koons Ford. The work is always excellent, the service courteous and the information from our mechanic helpful and informative.
Who would have ever thought that car buying would be pleasant? I stopped in to do some research on Ford Focuses and came out with a 2015 lease on one. Jeff and Kaye were helful and sincere and got me the exact car that I wanted at a reasonable price. I will be back!
Jerry took great care of me and my truck! Thanks to the Koons Falls Church Ford team for excellent customer service!
It was a long wait but I understand because they were pretty busy. I can say that the service has gotten way better then past times. My service advisor Justin and one other employee (didn't catch his name) were super attentive.
love the service at Koons---Randy Gabler your customer service is one of the reasons I'll be back. I appreciate the efficient service that allowed me to get to work on time.
Just walked out. Nobody was welcoming. No handshakes or introductions. And they couldn't even find the truck I came to test drive. How unprofessional...
Tut was the best!! He listened to what I wanted and got me in my dream car. I couldn't be happier!
