They are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They had tasty donuts and free coffee/Tea. MMM . The staff is very kind friendly and helpful.
As much as I dislike buying a car, Koons made it almost painless. We were ready to buy and once that was established, our sales person worked with us to put together a great deal on exactly the new Ford we wanted. The paperwork was easy - all online, and was quickly sorted out. Ironically it was the paperwork for the DMV that was the worse - still in the pre-digital age. While not perfect, I would recommend Koons Ford to anyone looking for a car - new or used.
Had a wonderful experience buying my first new car here. I had a terrible experience the previous day at another dealership and was honestly turned off of buying a car at all. My experience at Koons was amazing and really salvaged the whole experience for me. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and most importantly conduct their business with integrity (something that was lacking at the non-Koons dealership I visited). I have to say I miss the Tyson dealership for a few reason but This is one is in Falls Church is a very good operation. Randy has been working with me for a few years and he is upfront with me. He will let me know when things needs to be replace and concerns. He is never one of those people to tell me that I should do more like tran flush or axle flush and so on. This is another reason I keep on coming back.
The Service Department at Koons Falls Church is the best I have come across in my 20+ years as a car owner. Kevin Lacki particularly is always attentive, knowledgeable and professional, can't ask for a better service advisor. My 2015 Mustang GT continues at top performance because of the great care it receives from the Service Department at Koon Falls Church. Thank you, Happy Customer
