My daughter and I had a great shopping experience with Koons Falls Church Ford. We bought our vehicle on "Black Friday" and our Sales person was MY. Yinusa. He was very thorough, patient and professional. We have already recommended others to him nad Konns Falls Church Ford, for their next car purchase. Thank you, Koons, for him and other staff members, the mangers that put it all together and for your business office. My daughter loves her new Focus in GRAY metallic.
Very smooth buying experience. Mike Bancroft was very knowledgeable, very friendly and low key in his manner. Working with the finance staff (Jeff Ottenberg) was also easy and pleasant. Thanks!
Excellent selection of vehicles and great service!!

He arranged for a rental car and told me he would call as soon as my car was ready.. On Tuesday he called me early, 9:30am, my car was ready and gave me some very good news," he found a coupon that I could use, so by total was $500.00 less". I love my Ford Edge, Koons has always been a very informative and ready to explain everythin... read more
