Loyal Ford customer who purchased a 5 year prepaid service package. On 3/28/15 I came in for a 10am oil change appointment. Told the service department that I'd be waiting for the car. Well, I was double teamed by Russell and Jeff, who's only goal was to get me the vehicle I asked for at the price I could afford. Oh yeah, they also worked to make the transaction as simple and pleasant as possible. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had ...and I have owned many cars. My wish for you is that you are double teamed.
I went in for 70K check and was worried with all the Ice, they might not be open. Boy was I wrong. Frank was there got me in and out before 8. Will definitely be back
I took my Escape to Koons Ford Thursday for its check up. They got my car serviced within an hour as promised.
Koons Falls Church Ford has a nice selection but that's about it ! They'll talk the talk but won't walk the walk in terms of dealing ! And don t expect getting anything on your trade! The whole experience was a joke ! What s waste of time ! And if u want a test drive ... They only let u drive it around the lot ! Needless to say ... A total bad experience!"
