After a bit of a rough start because the vehicle I chose was not on the premises, I am a very happy owner of a 2015 Ruby Red Ford Focus Hatchback.
My previously great experience here has now turned horribly terrible. I bought my car a MONTH ago and still have not recorded me tags/plates. Knowing my temporary tags were going to expire soon I tried to contact the dealership. Every time I called for two weeks, no one answered me. I was always transferred to someone who wasn't there and had to leave a message and NOT A SINGLE PERSON ever got back to me. Shawn in the service department did a great job of getting my vehicle inspected for me. Employees were all personable and had smiles on their face. Service department was brand new and overall was a great first experience.
We had a great experience at Koons Ford, under the expert sales adviser Mike Bancroft. Mike was totally knowledgeable about the Fusion we were interested in and answered our questions thoughtfully. He was prompt with all our communications and kept us up to date on delivery and status of the car. He oriented us to the Fusion carefully and quickly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Very good experience.
