A place where you feel like you're at home. The dealership is beautiful! The best part is the variety of vehicles that are easily accessible to see in the lot.
I recommend Koons Falls Church Ford to all my relatives and coworkers, We experienced great service from Russel Walker. His product knowledge was very impressive too what a Pro! When my daughter is ready to buy a car we will be back to Koons Ford and Russel.
Not only was my sales consultant Pedro very friendly but I could tell he was looking after my interests and his style is to put the customer first. Thanks to him my first shopping experience at a car dealership was comfortable and a lot less stressful than I anticipated, and I was able to get a great deal that was better than I expected. Thanks Pedro!
My husband and I had a great experience at Koons Ford Falls Church. We received a great value for our trade and a great lease. Very happy with our experience and top- notch service.
Great place to buy a car!! The staff is amazing and extremely caring. They listened to my list of demands and found me a perfect car. Ask for Ace, he's the best!!
