My visit went very quick and smoothly. Can't complain, at all.
We had an excellent experience. We originally looked at another dealer for a truck, but decided to call around before committing. Thank goodness we did. Kool called us right back with a better option, cheaper, and nicer overall. We worked closely with Phil Lyman, who was willing to go above and beyond for us. We got a 2017 silverado, with add ons, and he even threw in a few extras for us. A great experience. Phil Lyman my salesman went above and beyond what I expect from a new car salesman. If you need a new Vehicle Phil would be a good bet to go to. I've purchased vehicles from Kool in the past and was always satisfied at their dealership. My new Colorado is still new and I haven't had to go to the service dept. yet. My past experience with Kools service dept. have always been good. They are a 5-star service Dept.
My wife Marci purchased a new Malibu last week from Steve Polus at Kool and our experience was perfect in every way. The Kool experience was awesome and Steve and Zac had every detail handled. I spent over 40 years in the retail automotive industry before retiring several years ago and I was blown away by the professional and courteous handling of every detail of our purchase.
