I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala from Kool Chevrolet. My sales person was Austin Sheldon. I have never had such a great experience with a car dealer in my life. Austin was a great sales person. He was not pushy, he didn't try to play games or push me into a car I didn't want. I found the car I wanted and he made it happen. traded in my 2011 Equinox for a 2017 Terrain. Tim was very helpful. gave me a good trade - in price. took a lot of time looking for a car for me . was looking for another Equinox but didn't have one that was in my price range, so went with the Terrain, which is similar to the Equinox. seems to have more room than the Equinox. very similar. I originally purchased a 2008 Chevy Uplander 4 years ago. My mother in law purchased a 2010 Chevy Equinox. Derrick in service always takes care of us. We have had several issues and he has always taken the time to make sure we get our vehicles fixed promptly. Just this weekend we had the check engine light go on on our equinox.
