“You bought SOMEWHERE ELSE?!” That was the subject line on the email from the General Manager after they found out we bought from a different dealer.
Well, after having multiple bad experiences in the past with a new vehicle purchased here, I informed them today that my family including new driving children will never return. When you have honored an oil change coupon that I have been using for well over 10 years that states on it "Never Expires" and the cashier who has excepted it for the six years that she has worked there without questioning it now decides not to honor it.
