My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Scott and Zack. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything we didn’t want. Scott explained things throughly and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. We had our two young children with us and they were more than accommodating by showing them to the playroom and even letting them play with toys at their desk. Even handing out hats to them too. So hands down Kool Chevrolet was outstanding to work with! Del never pressured me or tried to talk me into anything I didn’t want! He hands down went out of his way to make this a great experience for me! He waited for me beyond the closing time and helped me get my rental vehicle returned so I could drive my new 2015 Chevy Cruze home! Thanks Del and the team at Kool Chevrolet!
Horrible customer service, rude, unwilling to help, left my daughter stranded without a key when we were out of town, tried calling dealership for authorization, or written if needed. Sent picture of drivers license so she could get a key for her car that we got her .... no help at all. No manager on duty to assist.
Updated - Thanks for working with us on a compromise! Dropped off our car last Friday for warranty work and picked it up yesterday. Drove a half of a mile and the service engine light came on. During the warranty work, a part they removed and replaced failed and they will not take responsibility for it. It’s a $900 repair. GM won’t cover the part and the dealership doesn’t think it is their responsibility.
We bought a brand new Chevy Trax with the best help from Sam Zbikowski! He took the time to explain everything in detail and was so patient with the whole process of us purchasing a new vehicle. Everything was done stress free! Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.
