We were treated with respect, honesty and given one of the best deals possible. This was our first experience at a dealership where the customer was treated more important than anything else. We left there with a feeling we know who we want to deal with the next time we are looking for a car.

Bought my 2012 Sierra from kool used cars in May from Del Contreras and Austin Sheldon. They were friendly and helpful throughout the car buying process. Several weeks ago however, the lifters and Camshaft went out in the engine. Kool’s Million Mike Warranty paid for the repair and gave me a loaner vehicle while my truck was in. We have been going to Kool Chevrolet around 10 years. Had 2 Tahoes during this time and their service has been excellent and the service people are awesome in all the areas of service. This was the first time purchasing a tahoe from them, which is our 3rd one. Jay our sales person was great. When delivering the Tahoe he spent time going over all the new things that are on our vehicles. Kool always deserves a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ rating. Paul Edwards has been our go to guy for service since the beginning and he is totally awesome too.

Just brought my car in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. They did a great job and had me in and out in under an hour. No more Berger for me 😃
They sold me a 2011 Ford Edge in March and it ended up being a complete lemon. Six months after buying it, it needs $3500 in repairs. I would stay far away from this dealership
