My used 2011 HHR I bought a year ago is nice but has problems. Within a week a headlight went out & they replaced it free. I have had 2 blowouts & was told by Bell. & then Discount Tire that both of those tires had several plugs in them due to previous flats. (This vehicle had been one of their loaner vehicles.) From the get go our Kool Man gave us all his attention and looked very hard for a long time to get just what we wanted. The didn't have the colors i wanted so he looked for my second fav and ordered 2 cars with different interiors to choose from. Love both of them. He even made sure we were happy with our choice a few days later. I love the car. I just wish i could get my drivers licence to drive it!!!

Went from being an unsatisfied costumer to being VERY satisfied thanks to the Management here! Had unexpected stuff happen within the first couple weeks of owning my pre-owned car that cost me a lot of money out of pocket. After talking with the General Manager he helped make things right and made sure I left as a happy costumer!
People are friendly and helpful even though they are severely short staffed in their service department. I would give them more stars but you frequently have to wait 2 hours for an oil change and 45 minutes for a valet to drop you off.
