Best experience at a dealership ever. Got what I went in for great deal on a great car.
We had the best experience with Walter and Rick they both helped us way more than Todd Wenzel or Berger ever have. They found us a low interest rate everything went fast. Most times we have spent four to five hours at the dealership! We spent maybe one hour and left with our new ride. Time will tell if they hold to their word and fix the pulling to the left problem come Monday, if they dont then my review will change, but for now its been the best experience ever in customer satisfaction we have ever had!:)
Our salesman found us the perfect vehicle. My husband is brand, option, and price specific and I was concerned that we wouldn't have any luck. Can't thank Scott Harms enough!!! If you're buying a vehicle here, please consider him. He went the extra mile, including helping with an out of control naughty granddaughter and allowed us to complete our purchase. my son went in for a recall on engine's front calve cover and front valve-cover gasket and on his way home the car started making a knocking noise, so he it took it back and they said it was no fault of theirs and that they won't fix it. but tried to sell him another or make him pay to fix it. well a mechanic of our looked and listened to it, in his opinion they had to had dropped dirt or some other grim into the engine while the cover was off. now he is out of a car and lost days of work because of this place. we reported i... read more

Excellent service! The salespeople are very friendly and knowledable!
We had a great experience here. Keith got us a great truck. And even when we had to bring it back three weeks later they took amazing care of us. I am definitely please and will come back to Kool Chevrolet again!
