Horrible customer service, they will call text and email you within minutes of inquiring about anything vehicle related. It’s obvious they just want to make a sale and will harp on you until you tell them you aren’t interested in purchasing anything they have.
Try to push crossovers and SUVs on people who state they just want a sedan because they live and work downtown.
RecommendedThey do get busy at times but they have excellent customer service. They treat all customers well and fairly. They have a nice lobby with a separate room for children to play. If there is any problems with their work they ALWAYS make it right. Great service department/staff.
Bought a used impala from this dealership and have had nothing but problems. Service department said they replaced rotors on it only to find out they were actually not replaced. Do not purchase from here or have them do work on your car!
The Service Department does a wonderful job of taking care of their customers.
