Great salesperson but who the heck does oil changes or routine maintenance. My gosh don't reef everything down. My wife's car now is screwed because a gorilla tightened bolts down(common sense people).
Kool Chevrolet exceeded all of my expectations when I purchased my new Equinox today. Del had me test drive around six vehicles and said he was saving the one he thought I would like the best for last. After shopping for months he was right and I purchased that vehicle on the spot. I would give Del and Kool Chevrolet more stars if I could.

It was a great experience. I ended up with the car I didn't think I could afford. They worked on it till they were able to make it happen. Then he even got in the car with me and showed me everything about the car so I would feel comfortable , and know where everything was. Iam so glad I decided to go there.
I have to say, working with Keith was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get my grandparents GM discount situated. Not only that, but he could sense how stressed I was over the phone and left me a little "present" in the center console! We will forever be clients of Keith's.
