John Davis in preowned sales is amazing. I contacted him, explained my situation and what I wanted. He got back to me within 2 hours with a solution. Was in for an issue this week with the electric power steering module and pump on my 2009 Malibu. Long story short, Jason Westendorp the service manage there, went out of his way with GM and got them to honor a warranty claim that was out of date. That folks is customer service, and I ought to know as I've been in sales for almost fifty years. Saved me a ton of $$. Kool Chevrolet is a fine place to do business. Thanks Jason.

Dealt with Becca. Made a commitment to purchase a Suburban and agreed on my trade in. Was told she pulled it off the lot for sale so that it did not get sold out from underneath me. Absolutely terrible experience, I will never go back for business again. The used salesman never made me feel like a priority. He was terrible at responses and never would get back to me when he said he would. He then passed me to another salesman who was rude on the phone. And I could never get the manager on the phone despite the 3 voicemails left. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, even if it is out of your way.
