Everytime I call to make my appointment, Joe remembers me and is extreamly friendly and proffessional. I drop my car off at 7:30am and it is done a couple of hours later. Again, Joe calls me to tell me its done. He always has a smile on his face. This service department is the best I have ever been to!
The friendly staff at Koerner Ford made the experience of renewing our lease on our Explorer more stress-free and fun. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for at a price we were very happy with. We've been dealing with Mellissa Place for years but she was recently promoted. Cheryl White was very nice and friendly. She made us feel comfortable, more like part of the family, even joking around with my wife and me on our test drive. Amazing experience! Can't wait to pick up our new Explorer tomorrow!
Well, Bryan was very helpful, got to the point and did not mess around. Gave strait answers, got me the information I needed with out playing games with me. My time was not wasted and I would be glad to send anyone in.
