Joe has been taking care of my car since 2009 when the dealership I purchased it from closed. You hear horror stories in the news of people getting ripped off by service providers, but Joe and the Koerner team are not like those places at all. I love the service department! Joe always takes care of my car - knows what is needed to be done (even if my description isn't very clear) - at a reasonable cost. I leave knowing that my car is in tip-top shape. I never have to call back to complain that something is wrong. This is very reassuring to me.

I have dealth with this dealership for at least 10 years now and I have never been dissatisfied. I have taken a couple of friends there to xx out a new car, on purchased a car, the other still has not purchased anything.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Eric went out of his way to make the deal. Price was better than other dealerships I dealt with. They went over all the facts and figures and the deal was accomplished in about an hour. Having someone like Eric taking care of my deal made an enormous impact on me buying my Escape. I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership. As a college student buying a car for the first time, I would immediately assume salespeople would want to take advantage of me. I found this not to be the case. They were warm and helpful and help me understand my options. I would certainly be back to look at another Ford at this dealership in the future.
