I have moved from Italy to Syracuse last August. I was looking for a second hand car and I was aware of how difficult it could be if you do not know and trust the dealer. We were treated with respect the minute we walked in the door. Cheryl was not pushy when we first contacted her about a month before we bought our car. Once we came in to buy the car, the negotiation went smoothly and didn't take hours. I was pleased with how quickly they took care of a few little after the sale items. When we are in the car market again, provided Ford is making something we are attracted to, we'll be going right back here.
Ben delivered and explained the truck like a pro. Very helpful and accommodating. Worked around my busy schedule. Delivered it to me exactly when promised. Melissa was super helpful and got me a better loan rate than expected so instead of leasing I purchased the vehicle. Also worked hard to get me the car I wanted out of state and have it delivered to me without even stopping buy the dealership to make that happen. Very helpful!
They're a friendly , no pressure delarship to do business with. Met all my needs and then some. Ben Raymond was knowledgeable on the vehicle I selected and provided thorough instructions on the operations of features included .
I entered query on-line and Eric Scanna promptly responded last year. I was interested in a particular Ford but he explained the reasoning why I would be better suited in a different model as I am very tall! Ben did everything he could to let me know about every cost saving thing out there, things I was not aware of. He got my special order in and got the car delivered ahead of schedule. Picking the car up was easy and all the paperwork was done in about a half an hour. The old car I had had some rattles and he diagnosed that problem in 1 minute. Another dealer could not find the cause after 5 visits to the shop.
My sales representative, Ben Raymond, was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He took the extra time to answer all of my questions. He was very accommodating and flexible and was willing to meet with me on his day off.
I was comparing fords against chevys and toyota, and cheryl explained the benefits of the ford escape over the comparable compitition. After a lengthy test drive in the new escape, Koerner ford and Cheryl were able to meet my desired payment, by offering more for my trade than chevy or toyota. Before leaving with my new escape, I was introduced to the sales manager, and service manager, and felt koerner ford was a friendly and professional place to do business.
