The dealership is in desperate need of a makeover. However, the salesperson I bought my Ford Escape from, Bryan Gervais, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and thorough. And if he did not know the answer he found someone who did. Thanks again Bryan!
Called ahead-Joe advised to bring car in Tues.Explained problem-smell intermitten, maybe brake hang up.Offered me a ride home, I waited in room and read newspaper.Joe advised me "caliper" hanging up, needs replacement.Joe told me it's covered by warranty. Also, originally I went inn to have snow tires off ,this was done also. As usual I am very happy with Koerner Ford and Joe is always a great Service Manager.I always buy my cars from Koerner and have my service work done there.

I have two cars that I regularly bring to Koerner for service and maintenance. I rely on Joe to take care of regular maintenance on the Escape and with my truck some not so regular maintenance. Joe has never failed to correct the problem first time. I have tried many service centers, Joe and Koerner rock!!!!!! Their number 1 in my book.
Joe Potocrak is the person I almost always deal with when I take my 2006 Ford Fusion to Koerner Ford of Syracuse. He always greets me by name, and is upfront about answering my questions about what is to be provided, and the time and cost expected. He is always courteous and exhibits the professionalism I expect from a well-known car dealer. I went to Koerner Ford looking to lease a Focus. Although the dealership was a little run down that quickly became second nature when I met Bryan Gervais. He greeted me with enthusiasm and seemed genuinely happy to help. He had a charming demeanor and a slight accent which was pleasant. We are purchasing our Focus in the fall and when we do, it will absolutely be from Bryan.
Joe has always been very friendly and helpful with regard to accommodating my car service appointments to fit my schedule. He is always explaining in detail the work needs to be done and giving advice when needed.
car maintence calls for an expert in the field. not an easy bill to fill. that's why i am fortunate to have joe potocnak, who for eight years has been a tremendous asset of service. joe is more than meets the eye. his service is not casual or superficial, but complete and integral. his concern for me personally, so obvious, has and is a source of peace. lately, several occasions have required his expertise; i value his service. he has been present. a true friend at koerner ford.
I needed inspection and oil changes on three vehicles. I called Monday morning and was told to come right down. As soon as one was finished, we brought down the next one. We only had to keep one there overnight as it needed a maintenance package check and a transmission flush. Three vehicles in 2 days...wonderful.
