So ignorant, when she was buying the car they treated her like a queen, now when they gave her loaner they blamed her for a flat tire and charged her 239.00 for a tire, Shameful! Never ever would go there for anything, Brutal and ignorant

It would of nice if you fixed the car but after 3 days of having her car and nothing was fixed and it was a recall, So Basil gave her a loaner, had to stop on the way home to put air in the tire, she called Basil and talked to women what happened and she said I am sure you will be fine, my daughter drove the one day and the tire went flat, I used one of tows from Triple A to get her home, Basil picked up the loaner and decided she had to pay 239.00 for a tire! This dealership is worthless
Treated my daughter like Crap, charging her for a tire on a loaner that went flat, she drove the loaner home and had to put air in the tire, tire went flat, she was stranded, now they want to charge her 239 00 for a tire! Really, Basil should check the car's. From top to bottom, how is my daughter liable for this
Really superb service by Jarrid Miller and the team on my Lincoln MKS, which had electrical, parking sensor, sunroof, and wheel alignment issues. Complete within 4 days, reasonably priced, communicative, gave me lots of other advice about the vehicle in general. They also removed the charge for fixing one of my electrical issues because it turned out to be the same as one of the others. The repair included a 2minute video of a general inspection of the vehicle, including underneath.

Jordan Ford was very timely in their response to looking at our emergency with our vehicle. Whereas other dealers were not able to get us in for a whole week, Jordan was able to get us in next day. Tanner was the service advisor who worked diligently in solving our problem, expeditiously, including navigating some extended warranty discussions.
This dealership was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Their service was solid.
everyone was friendly and kind. I did not have to wait long for the oil change.

Salesman Zach Covert was AMAZING! The only thing that kept the experience from being a 5 out of 5 was too much pressure from the finance guy to purchase extended warranty add ons.
