I was in the market into buying a Ford while visiting in Syracuse and a neighbor of boyfriend told me that he had had a great experience with Koerner Ford dealership so I taught I would check them out. I was approached with a Sales person by the name of Bryan. Excellent personality and very knowledgeable of Ford vehicle . At that particular time I did not purchase but I will go back on my next visit and ask for Bryan. Excellent customer service.
Very prompt and friendly service from Doc as always. Dropped my car off to get my oil changed and snow tires removed, was unable to get the usual car wash because their drains were being cleaned but I was told I could bring it back anytime to have it washed for free.
I have purchased four vehicles at Koerner Ford and I have I have purchased four vehicles at Koerner Ford and I have all of my service performed at the dealership. Everyone at Koerner is great and I've never had a bad experience there. Melissa Place and Dave Allsop (sales) are always very pleasant, helpful and easy to speak with. My lease was running out and I needed a vehicle that was easier for people to get in and out of. I didn't want to sacrifice mpg!! My friends knew exactly what I needed and I have leased a 2013 Escape. No longer do I have to help Sr. citizens out of my car :-) Thank You Cheryl and Dave!!!
I am always received and treated with a great deal of respect. Some companies do not 'hear' what a woman's concern is, Joe always hears what is being said and follows through on it. The Dealership is also wonderful to deal with in purchasing a car. This is at least the 3rd car I have purchased through the dealership.
