Dave has been awesome. He always gives us so much helpful information about the vehicles we purchase, as well as giving us a terrific price. No games, just old fashioned, quality salesmanship, emphasizing customer care first and foremost. Absolutely the best car person we've ever encountered. Whenever I call for service I get in right away and the car is always fixed right. My car has 117,000 miles on it and all the service has been done at Koerner. They never recommend anything that isn't needed. I trust them to fix it right the first time.

Joe is, by far, one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with. He knows customers by name and is always super friendly. I have met Service people who talk down to women but Joe is always willing to listen and get you the service that you need. I keep coming back to Koerner Ford because of the Service Department. The price is never outrageous and the work is done right the first time. Keep up the good work, Koerner Ford, and you just might want to give Joe a raise. He is that good!
