I purchased a jeep compass here about a month ago and had a great experience! After going to another dealership and having my time wasted there, I came here and was almost unbelieving that the whole process could be so easy! From test driving, getting financing, even packing up my stuff from my old car to transfer to the new one, it was so easy and not at all stressful like ive experienced at other places! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I came here for service and I was more impressed than I expected. Frome the time I got there to when I left, I took a star off because of a communication laps in the service department when the original tech took break and another served my bill but that was minor and quickly handled. I like that the tech came and gave updates on what didn't need to be done and what they got done. Will be back for service again.

First off I am not that easy to deal with when buying vehicles. I haggle, I argue and I get what I want. They made it an easy process and in the end I am happy going home with the car that I want and I got a fair deal. Matt Lorbecki is a good salesman and will tell the truth, I would recommend him to any of my friends/family that are looking to buy. I applied as a detailer and they ended up loosing my application that had all of my personal information and my SSN. Im not impressed with the organization of this dealership.
Bought a jetta took it to the shop right away to c if there was issues come to it had blowen engine and no breaks gave me my money back but didnt give me the 500$ from title fees and gave me a loaner car that would clunk out backing up id never come back to this dealership
Not much more to say other than AMAZING. We have bought a lot of vehicles but first through them and we will be back. They are some of the few honest dealerships put there. And the people there are so fun. Tim is awesome at getting you just what you need and can handle any tough questions. James, Parker, Chris, Char all of you rock. Thanks for the great experience. Great service! Most other dodge dealerships couldn't get me in until the next week and these guys were able to get me a next day appt and fast repair. They even let me take their loaner car home and I don't live in town. Definitely going to be my go-to dodge dealer! So much better than v&h!
