From the time I bought my Cherokee to this day customer service is poor. I feel like there is no communication, everyone runs around like they are so busy yet no communication between one person to the next. The day we were scheduled to pick it up when I first bought it, we got there and was told it was not ready when I sold my car 30 minutes prior to coming to get it. I had already been told by another dealer there was nothing that could be done to get me in a Jeep, but I wasn't ready to give up. Not only did I get a Jeep, they got me in the exact model and color I wanted. Tim C, Eric, and Charlotte went above and beyond!
