Would not recommend buying from this dealership. The fact that they were going to let us drive off with a vehicle that has $2,000 worth of repairs needing to be made which would be about $4,000 with labor and not a word said about it until it was caught with in the paperwork and the sales person didn’t know a thing about it and had to go ask around to find out what exactly was wrong with it. Very friendly and courtesy staff. Vehicle buying is not always a fun task but easy to do at Point Chrysler.
We have purchased two vehicles here now and have found the staff to be incredibly helpful, willing to go to great lengths to find the vehicle you want, and the prices fair. We have limited experience with their service department but those experiences have been positive too.
Worse dealer ever!! Was all ready to sign paperwork when they blindsided us with saying the original trade in value was wrong by 7-5 grand!!! The sales manager himself was the one who provided the value and was now gone for a week and they refused to honor the original amount! Then they refused to allow another dealership to have the truck in question to sell to us just out of spite I'm sure. We've told others of our experience to which 3 other people said the exact same thing happened to them!! Stay far far away at all cost... read more

I would highly recommend this dealer! James was literally the best! He made it super personal and not like he was in it for the money, like other dealers I went to before him! Got me what I needed and then some! I can’t thank him enough for the great deal and amazing service! This dealer also had the financial guy come out and introduce himself as well and not many do that till you are signing paper work! Has me fill out an app, pulled my credit, then refused to answer any questions only wants to set up an appointment. Then they block me from there sales page. What a joke
shady business practices. jacked price prior to sale & tried to give me a "sale" price, which was orginal price of car! do your research people!
