Tell me how this works? Spend $6 at McDonalds. Have to wait 4 minutes. They apologize not once but twice AND give me two apple pies for my inconvenience. Spend $20K on a car that had no heat. Dealership had it 15 days. Get it back with gas light on. Ask for the dealership owner's information and get told that is a lot to ask for. Nothing good to say about the Stevens Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership on Hwy 10. Contacting BBB!

I think they are great. I've had to take in my old car in a few times until the cost of repairs became more then what the car was worth. That was when they helped me out wiith choosing a car and finding financing. The sales person Randall listened to what I wanted in a car and was courtious.
