RecommendedFantastic! Got me in late on a Friday evening when my truck started a 150 mile countdown with 150 miles remaining until a 5mph limit. This happened on my way north for a snowmobile trip. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Avoid
Bought a used car 3 months ago, get home(2hrs away), found out the key fob didn't work, the inside was broken and glued back together, called about a replacement a couple of times. Answer was always "so and so isn't here so we can't get one with out their approval- or so and so is on vacation. Still no key fob, no calls returned
Highly efficient dealership. If you get the chance look for James, high knowledge on all areas! Honest, if he doesn't know the answer he is very quick on getting questions anwered.
Very friendly customer service, explained in great detail the service that I was getting that day, even got a hug from James who sold us the car late in 2016!!!
My husband and i just bought 2 vehicles from there within a week of each other. Eric, Rick, Chris and James did an amazing job to get us what we needed. I especially want to thank James. James came in on his day off to seal the deal and bring the paperwork to our home to sign. Thanks again guys for spectacular service. Keep up the awesome service
