They sell warranties and won't back it up or work with the customer! Absolute disappointment and disgust with the lack of fighting for the customer...we will never purchase a vehicle here again. How many other people have had warranty issues and just paid out of pocket instead of dealing with the service department and warranty company. The warranty company denies the claim and the service dept. just shrugs their shoulders and hands you the invoice for $1800. I was always told that I couldn't get a new vehicle. They helped me get into a worry free vehicle and my experience was excellent.
We got our family van this past Sat and had a greet experience! Was the first time I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable around a car salesman. Brandon did a great job working with us and finding us just what we needed in our price range. 👍
Just leased my second Ram from SPCDJR and Brandon. Once again, expectations were met. I was treated fairly and with respect. Brandon went above and beyond and even assisted me with transferring my tonneau cover over. Quite skilled might I add, in less than 30 minutes!! There was a slight oversight that I mentioned in my survey, Jay reached out right away to make it right. I live local, it's nice to know I can stay local- highly recommended!
