VERY UNHAPPY. DAMAGED VEHICLE. I took my jeep in for a transmission repair knowing it would take a while. So I understand that. But what really doesn’t make me happy is the fact I had to clean my jeep off from the ice and snow. I’m okay with it but it would have been nice for that to be done. Also when I got my jeep back to my house I pulled it into the garage to let the rest of the ice melt off. End up finding a big dent in my wiper cowl. I highly do not recommend doing business with them.
Would like to acknowledge Michael J. Pozarski, parts manager at the Stevens Point location. Earlier today Michael over heard a possible issue between me and a technician in the service area. He had later approached me personally apologizing and generously compensated me. Although this was not necessary, as I understand everyone has bad days, it was much appreciated. Thank you Michael!
I purchased a Jeep Oct 31. Noticed that the price on the Purchase contract was more then what was on the Purchase Proposal by 527.50. When I asked the sales manager Eric, he said that it was a typo. My bank already wrote the check and was closed for the day. The dealership said they would write a check and mail it to me. Since I have heard every excuse on why I haven't gotten my check. When I call, 90% of the time Eric is not avail. If he is available, he has to look into it and give a call back and never calls back. This wa... read more
They will tell you that they knowingly took advantage of you, then offer $22 to make it right.
Love this place! Eric helped me tremendously and I bought brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 not what I wanted but actually fell in love with this car after 6 months. Let me tell you gas mileage is amazing. Never had this car in the shop bought it with 21 miles and up to 14000 miles!And I am thinking about getting a 2017 fully loaded Chrysler 200!
