I purchased a contract with Service Experts for a AC and water heater. Total about $25,000. 10 year contract. They put in the AC and shortly thereafter got a water leak on my ceiling bathroom. I was told it would be repaired. The day before got a call from ********* which Service Experts hired that the repair was $1200. $600 for the ceiling and $600 for the walls. Their responsibility was only for the ceiling. Ridiculous. Back and forth I could not stand it any longer agreed on credit of $212 monthly charge for heater and AC... read more

We have been using Neal H***** for 13 years ever since they installed our heater and AC. This winter checkup was not what we were expecting from the start. They were aware that we are planning to sell our house soon and two people showed up for the checkup. A technician and a salesperson. Why in the world would a sales person show up for an annual checkup? The reason became obvious when we received the checkup review. The report said we had an Inducer motor going bad and an unsafe secondary heat exchanger. They told us the ... read more

I was sold a whole house heating and air system by unscrupulous business practices. The fast talking salesman had us sign a tablet. He refused to furnish a paper copy to read before signing. We were denied access to Federal Consumer Leasing Act. We were tricked into a lease agreement that we would never have signed. He installed our system before we had paperwork in hand stating our rights to cancel. I want to be released from this agreement. I want them to take back their equipment.

Business response:

Our team is reaching out to resolve this with you. If you need further help, please contact us at ********************************** with your full name on the account, address, and phone number, and we will follow up with you. Thank you.

This company sent a plumber to replace a fill valve in one of my toilets. The most expensive fill valve I could find at Home Depot is around $27. The Pink Plumber, however, wanted to charge me $380 to replace this valve. Yes, seriously. I complained, so the plumber suddenly realized he could do the job for "only $270." I had received quotes of $150 from local plumbers, but they couldn't come out on the same day. If you want to be charged $380 to replace a $27 fill valve, then this is a business that will certainly gauge you.... read more

I have two A/C units, one old (upstairs that I rarely use) and one new. It was recommended that I install a UV light, so I agreed, but just on the new unit. The next time they came out for maintenance, they recommended that I get the UV light on my new unit. I told them it was already installed and they told me the UV light was installed on my old unit (again, I almost never use that unit because it's the upstairs unit and no one lives up there). The technician (Russell) said they could probably help me out by getting me a U... read more

I contacted ********* Services to come and look at my non-working HVAC unit. I was told the cost to come out and diagnose the system would be $99 and they would be there between 6 and 8pm that day. No one showed or called. The next morning I called and was told a tech would be out that afternoon. Two men showed up around noon. They looked at the system and handed me a bill for $195. They told me that $99 was the "trip fee" and that there was a $96 diagnosis fee. I told them what the rep on the phone told me . They said that ... read more

I didn't want to leave a star rating but could not submit without it. Sunday, November 6th, 2022 Our main sewer line was plugged and so my husband looked up and called Rollin ******. Don't if you value your home. They were unprofessional from the moment they arrived until today. They got their line stuck in our drain. They attempted to remove it for a day and a half. They were going to tie a come along to a tree about 100 ft from the drain to remove it without discussing with me. While the manager disappeared to buy a come a... read more
