We were asked to look at some prices for a new unit and furnace. We looked at the furnace and a/c units and were told we needed more work done under the house replacing **********. Lies lies lies!!!!!!!!! I got a 2nd opinion after I was told by the 2 Calverley employees that came out to my home that I needed a brand new unit and mine was no good and they didn't even take 5 mins before telling me this. Keep in mind it's raining so I'm sure the rush job had something to do with that not to mention come to find out you can't run a diagnostic on frozen coils. On 6/5/23 Falso Service Experts came to my home to repair a toilet, specifically, an adjustable fill valve needed to be replaced. I was first asked if I had been told there was a $69 travel charge. I said no but agreed to pay it. After a five-minute examination of my toilet, both men left to get the part from ******. They were on time but all they wanted was to sell me a new unit and service contract. They had a list of things they said was wrong and all they did was cleaned my inside filters I have had my units cleaned and serviced by another company and they said I should get a lot more time out of my system. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had no issues with the installation. About 3-4 months in, I received a call from a Service Expert employee advising they needed to send a technician to my home to replace a part of the A/C unit. The technicians came in, and much to my surprise, it wasn't a "piece of the unit" but the ENTIRE unit itself. I missed work for the day because of this switch that Service Experts failed to tell me about. The technicians replaced the entire unit. I had a new AC system installed. ***, the sales consultant was very competent and answered all our questions. He definitely knows the business and all the components of AC systems. Nice personality and was very thorough.The install technicians, **** and ***** did a great job. Both were very polite, respectful of property and did a fantastic and clean install. They know their crafts and it shows.Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.Thank you gentlemen.

This company sold a used condenser as new and paired it with a new handler to the previous homeowner. When I bought the home I ensured the warranty would be transferred to me along with the top tier service plan which covered 100% of and labor. Upon moving in the A/C unit ran 24/7 and never met cooling demands, service experts came out a dozen times but were never able to correct the issue.
