We realized that our A/C had stopped working late on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to reach someone right away, and the technician was at our house within an hour.Once the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable. He cleaned and checked out our unit. It was up and running again within a few short hours of our initial phone call. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called for Service Experts of ***, ** for an A/C tune up and I wanted a quote for air duct cleaning because it was a topic of conversation at my job recently. Service appt. was scheduled for Saturday morning. The tech seemed to want to hurry and get out and refer the Sales ********** focused on the quote and tried to push UV lights and all this other stuff. Predatory business! Beware! They came out to check my elderly father's ac - told him his 9 year old compressor needed to be replaced - although it was under warranty, was going to be $2200 for labor and freon. Then said, it will be a couple weeks to get a replacement compressor, we can change the entire system for $12,500 and we can put a payment plan together for you. Thankfully, we called an AC company we trust (******************) and they found it was just a bad capacitor, very common in *******, and $200 to fix - system... read more

The guy knew his job and very professional but the price for the work about floored me.... I only have one toilet and needed it fixed that day,they knew that ...I feel and took me to the cleaners I deal with the public every day and if ur taking from people like this rep is tarnished

I have gotten myself locked in one of the worst contracts of my life. The advantage program is not a good deal for me. I was never told this was a lease and after the 10 years i still don't own thew equipment. I believe i am being over charged and they have a problem changing the filter. They play some sort of game around changing the filter. I will not let these crooks in my house ever again.

Shortly after moving into the senior living condoabout 4 months ago,I needed a shower pan replaced. **** quoted me $7,000 just for the plumbing and sent out their tile guy which quoted $17,000 to redo the shower and another $4,000 to replace the glass. The whole thing costing $28,000 My second quote was $7,000 for everything. I gave **** $3,500 down payment. That was before getting the other $21,000 of quotes. I canceled **** requesting a refund which I still havent received. *****

************* gets a 5 star review from us. We called for an AC problem on a Sat of this year's 4th of July weekend. Your rep on the phone told us she would try to get someone to our house that day and she did. A tech was here this afternoon and found out the problem, though he has to order a part, I'm sure it will e fixed soon. We could not be happier with their response and service. A great company to do business with.

AC was leaking & they would make a Sunday call. Tech arrived w/a sales guy named ******. The fact that the tech arrived w/a sales guy should have been my first clue something was wrong, but I was desperate at that point living in ******* during the summer. The tech looked at the inside & then went to inspect the outdoor unit. They came in & told me that I needed a new AC. I have a small ************ wanted to charge me almost 17k. ******* claims that they provide "Expert Guaranteed Service" and that if you are not completely happy with their work they will "make it right". I unfortunately have not had this experience and I am definitely not happy with their work. From the onset, their lack of communication has been horrible, it took an entire week just for someone to call me about what was going on.
