I an a dissatisfied customer , who is still waiting for a call back from management. I had a schedule appointment for the hours of 4-6. with a no show from the technician. The office was unable to reach him after several attempts. I feel this is very unprofessional way to handle business. We all know life happens but take responsible for your action. Still waiting since last night for a courtesy call from this company. I would not recommend this company in the future due to the lack of respect for a customer time.

The scheduling of services are very easy and timely. The technicians are very professional, polite and knowledgeable.Pricing is reasonable and workmanship is great.

We been having ac service for several years now, and they always clean the furnace replace filter, and ck and clean the compressor. This time they didn't want to clean the furnace or replace filter. was told they didn't have a vacuum, and the filter was $70.00. When i told them I would call the office he made a effort to clean with my vacuum,took him less than five minutes. We were very disappointed with them and will not use them again

A year and a half ago my 78 year old semi invalid sister with the beginnings of dementia and living alone was coerced into an agreement with Advantage Loyalty of Service Experts for the lease of a new HVAC and Water Heater! I can only imagine what they told her. Now shes in a nursing home, and in getting her finances in order I found out about this companys hold on her. They are the worst people ever. They sold my 89 year old father a 10 year service plan!! After 10 years he would still owe 25% of the ac unit!! They were so difficult to get a hold of and unreasonable I had to send a copy of his death certificate to finally get the service contract cancelled. After a year of paying 140$ a month on a 8,000 dollar unit I still had to almost the full price for the AC unit. My dad paid 1,680 NONE OF THAT WENT TO PAY OFF THE AC UNIT. Stark Services in Fort Worth, TX, is very shady in their AC operations. They installed a "new" unit for my parents-in-law in 2020, but when the coil went out three years later, we found out that all the parts weren't under warranty, because Stark failed to fill out serial numbers in the warranty paperwork. On purpose. The "new" coil they installed with the unit was a 3rd party coil manufactured in 2013. So it was already aged upon install. Midlands Air, employees are courteous and professional. Checked our a/c for the summer, also installed new water heater. Two different people installed the water heater, they were also courteous and professional.

I received a call to set up a tune up with Peachtree heating and air. On the day of same, they didn't show, so I called. They had no record of the appointment. We arranged for them to show later that day. When they showed, they informed me that my AC was not working and I had to pay $99.00 for a "diagnostic", plus whatever else they might have to do.
