When I answered the door, Efrain and Gustavo informed me a 3rd guy would be arriving.They turned my thermostats down 10 degrees, looked at the indoor portion, and went outside for 10-15 mins.When they came back a third guy in business casual was with them,they then inform me I have "zero coolant" left due to a leak, which "must be in the coils."They inform me the coil will cost $2500 to replace and I will need 10lbs of coolant at $150/lb.Efrain says my capacitor is "only working at 45%" and will also need to be replaced,my c... read more

RJD did an awesome job cleaning out my duct work and upgrading my heating filter. They were on time, professional and polite. They covered their shoes everytime they came in or out of my house. They were here most of the day, and I hardly knew they were here. After they cleaned the duct work, they showed me all of the debris etc that was cleaned out!!! I will continue to use this company for all of my heating and cooling needs. Thanks to Joe, Jacob and Chris from the Scotia office...Great Job!!

Do not hire this company! I only gave them 1 star because it was mandatory in order to submit the complaint. I give them 2 thumbs down! They installed a hot water heater and AC unit in my mother’s condo in FL and tricked her into leasing the equipment which costs her $235 per month, which includes servicing the equipment once per year (as my mom is a snowbird and only goes to FL for 3 months per year. I called them to cancel the contract and they told me that I would have to pay $15,676 in order to cancel because the equip... read more

I called in a furnace not working and within 5 hrs the service man Jamil was on site and replaced the thermal couple and the furnace was back up and running in no time. Jamil then did a thorough safety check on furnace. I was very pleased with his excellent customer service.

I had a tuneup appointment scheduled with Eveready Service Experts on February 22, 2023. I was scheduled for a window of 2-4PM. At 5:14PM, two vehicles showed up to my house. One was the technician and the other was Matt who was dressed in khakis and a polo looking just like a salesman. Matt stayed with me while the technician started to get ready to work. We have been Advantage Plan members for almost 3 years and we couldn’t ask for better service. The employees are incredibly helpful and kind, and it has never been more than a 3 day wait when I’ve called for an appointment. The value we have seen in having the Advantage Plan cannot be overstated. It has saved us hundreds of dollars and gives us peace of mind about our unit. Gene and Nick, did an absolutely outstanding job, installing a new A/C system and hot water heater. They explained what they were doing, when asked questions. Following the installation, they showed what they had done and what they had done to improve the installation. They were very respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned up all areas where they had worked. Could not recommend them highly enough. When combined with their leasing program, this made the cost of this installation viable. ***************
