I needed a new furnace and hot water tank, and ******** Supply provided a competitive quote. I thought I would rent the equipment for a few years, just to make sure the installation was properly done and the equipment performed as promised. One year into my rental, company refused to do an annual maintenance call, as is required by the manufacturer to assure warranty coverage. My dad called to have his a/c tuned up. He is a senior living on a budget. His old unit was only 6 years old. ************************* scammed him out of thousands of dollars by having him buy a new unit that he didnt need. We believe he showed my dad pictures that were not his unit in order to sell him a new one. Stay far away from this company and *************************!!

****** promised to look into a ************** rebate for attic insulation. He promised a return call within an hour or two. Ive never heard back and a week has passed. The work has been done, Ive paid over $6000 and no word on whether Im entitled to a rebate. Unacceptable.

Midlands Air Service Experts have horrible people behind the scenes. It starts with the manager and floats around with the rest of the reps who answer the phone. Mostly, they give wrong information, they do not listen to the customer, and are only nice to the customer until they get their money. They lie; they lie to cover up their lies, they do not send invoices but will lie and say they did. They hold on to your money/refunds but will say it is on the way. They are rude. Upon returning from abroad on 07/13/2023, my house was hot, and the **** showed a temperature of 87 with no cool air flow. I called Service Experts for a routine check-up on 07/14/23. I am a senior on a budget. So I got several estimates for a minor leak from my shower k*** The estimate that I received from this Company was almost 3 times higher than the other 5 estimates which were all around the same price. I believe that I was targeted by them, because they thought they could get more money from me because I might have lots of money or that I was too stupid to know how much a minor repair like it costs. They certainly had some motive for trying to charge me so much more than the other Companies.

I would like to warn anyone seeking this type of service to BEWARE of this company. The technicians are substandard and the customer ********************** is extremely poor. They caused more damage than good when attempting to remove a simple garbage disposal unit. The worst thing is not taking accountability for it. Go Elsewhere!

We had our first of two bi-annual hvac services in April and asked what we owed. Was told we were all paid up! Yeah right!Just today, July 19, got an invoice for $120 dated April, 2023. The invoice is in the 60 to 90 day range of past due!This company is so screwed up as is our HVAC system the day we purchased it from them! So regret going through this company!

The old HVAC system in our condo (which had been a rental property for a number of years) was inadequate and very noisy. ********* Air replaced it with a new system that works the way a system should. We like that it can be monitored and adjusted remotely. Temperatures and humidity levels in here are finally under control. Worth every dollar. Follow-up service has also been good.
