On 9-21-23 I called Falso on the recommendation of my neighbor. My furnace would not ignite. I was told the cost would be $98 plus any parts and labor needed. The tech and sales person came and within a few minutes the furnace was diagnosed and started. For some reason (on his own) the tech decided to further check the furnace and stated there was carbon monoxide levels were "off the charts". We bought the most expensive HVAC that was offered. ********************* did not have a Plunem so they used our existing one with a promise to replace as soon as they got one. 2 years later and MANY complaintswe called and asked for ******* the manager no less than 5 times and we NEVER received a call from him! After a threat to call the BBB, JN replaced our plenum. I hate that I signed a contract with this company. I feel that the contract was not explained and the average customer doesnt understand that you are leasing and they charge taxes on the contract and on every payment. If I had to do it over, I would NEVER chose this company.

The service technicians were professional and respectful. They looked over my systems and offered maintenance options. I was notified of the expected arrival time and they arrived when promised.

This business is SCAMMER!!! They will take advantage of your kindness and sweet talk you a bill worth $3,000. ********************* talked so fast about some an enhancement part that will enhance my air condition unit and he never once mentioned total cost but the amount of $46.00 is what I need to pay now. This company is the rudest, worst trade source I ever worked with in more than 50 years as a design/build contractor. The project manager was rude beyond belief, to the extent that I told them I didn't want him back on the job after which they admitted he had a history of bad behavior but they "thought they had it handled." This company was asked to fix an air conditioning problem, and instead tried to sell my daughter a $20,000 contract (Yes, twenty thousand.) PS: For an additional $5,000, they could also replace the water heater, which they said would eventually go bad.They "offer" money back guarantee, but it is impossible to get either the local branch nor corporate to tell us how to get the money back.
