Nothing but Love for Kingsley My husband and I moved to Kingsley about a year and a half ago and absolutely LOVE our community! The staff genuinely cares about the property and it's residents. We'll be here until we build or buy our forever home!
The best Kingsley is a safe place to call home. Walking distance to hiking trails, restaurants, brewery and wine bar. Location is unparalleled. Property management and maintenance are wonderful and so kind. Long time tenant and no issues here. Highly recommended.
Wonderful Apartments & perfect location First time rent a very, very long time and I picked the right apartment community. Staff is wonderful! Property is clean, and has plenty of amenities that are always available and maintained. Location is great, adds to the apartment/renting experience. Would definitely recommend!!

More than just a place to live! There isn’t enough space to say all the wonderful things about Kingsley Apartments but the leasing office and the maintenance team are absolutely amazing and truly make you feel like family. I do not have family here so it means a lot to me!!
Fantastic place to live I love living at Kingsley! The complex is well kept, excellent amenities. The gym is great and a beautiful pool. The management and maintenance team are very attentive and run a great complex!
