Extreme Noise! I rented a very nice 2br/2b unit in this complex on September 20th and have been here only 8 weeks and I am very unhappy. Although the units, grounds and facilities are top- rate, there is an environmental noise factor that is making it untenable. My unit faces the loading dock of a 4-story office building that begins trash collection, deliveries and exhaust fans as early as 5:35a.m. during weekdays and for several hours each Saturday morning. Beautiful place to live! This place over exceeds my expectations!! Office staff and maintenance are truly the best and I have throughly enjoyed living here, you will not be disappointed.
Best place ever What can I say, this is the best place to live. The staff especially Lindsay and Krista are the best. I have met a lot of people and made great friends. It is absolutely the best.

Excellent Community The Kingsley Apartments has been a wonderful place to live this past year and a half. We love to take advantage of the shops and restaurants next door while remaining in a clean and safe community. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

Best Apartments in Fort Mill 100% best living in fort mill. Plenty of food/shops to choose from. Grocery stores nearby. Always friendly staff. Beautiful interior. Perfect!

Best Property Management & Best Maintenance Team If you are looking for the coolest place to rent and live in the greater Fort Mill or even south of Charlotte area, look no further than Kingsley Apartments. This place is fantastic! More importantly, the property management and maintenance team are the best around. Veronica I love the apartment complex I have lived here 4 almost 5 months the staff and maintenance are great great great Always clean and quiet. No bug, no loud kids. Pool business center gym and laundry facility are clean.
Amazing I loved Kingsley since I drove on to the property. I was so excited to start a new chapter here and super happy with my apartment. Spacious, modern and top of the line flooring and countertops . Lots of young professionals,Convenient locations to walk to shopping/ entertainment.Also Minutes from downtown for sporting events and Nightlife.
