Veronica I love the apartment complex I have lived here 4 almost 5 months the staff and maintenance are great great great Always clean and quiet. No bug, no loud kids. Pool business center gym and laundry facility are clean.
Amazing I loved Kingsley since I drove on to the property. I was so excited to start a new chapter here and super happy with my apartment. Spacious, modern and top of the line flooring and countertops . Lots of young professionals,Convenient locations to walk to shopping/ entertainment.Also Minutes from downtown for sporting events and Nightlife. Love Kingsley Living! The best things about Kingsley? The staff, the maintenance team, pet friendly, and great location! Issues are always dealt with quickly and with a friendly smile! We also love being able to walk to eat, get coffee, or workout.
Kingsley Maintenance Kingsley is the nicest up-and-coming complex/neighborhood in Fort Mill! The apartments speak for themselves, but the staff goes above and beyond each day to make Kingsley home. With timely and efficient requests, as well as a friendly maintenance team, it's super simple to get the fixes you need!

Best Apartments in Fort Mill I would highly recommend living in Kingsley Apartments! Great and friendly staff and the amenities separate Kingsley from any other apartments in the area! The floor plans are great and it has such a convenient location to all the different stores and restaurants in the area!
Perfect fit for our family We moved in 7 months ago with our 2.5 year old and dog. We love the pool, dog park and fitness center. The office staff are so friendly, know our daughter and dog by name. They always have treats for our dog and our daughter loves going to visit the staff to pick up our packages! We love the location with local restaurants and activities within walking distance. Proximity to 77 is perfect. Thank you Kingsley for making our temporary housing a home!
