Wonderful Apartments & perfect location First time rent a very, very long time and I picked the right apartment community. Staff is wonderful! Property is clean, and has plenty of amenities that are always available and maintained. Location is great, adds to the apartment/renting experience. Would definitely recommend!!
Verified Renter Best place to live, walk, eat, and get to shopping centers. No need to drive, everything is close. Doctors, dentists, yoga, chiropractor, insurance and Starbucks!
More than just a place to live! There isn’t enough space to say all the wonderful things about Kingsley Apartments but the leasing office and the maintenance team are absolutely amazing and truly make you feel like family. I do not have family here so it means a lot to me!!
Fantastic place to live I love living at Kingsley! The complex is well kept, excellent amenities. The gym is great and a beautiful pool. The management and maintenance team are very attentive and run a great complex!
Extreme Noise! I rented a very nice 2br/2b unit in this complex on September 20th and have been here only 8 weeks and I am very unhappy. Although the units, grounds and facilities are top- rate, there is an environmental noise factor that is making it untenable. My unit faces the loading dock of a 4-story office building that begins trash collection, deliveries and exhaust fans as early as 5:35a.m. during weekdays and for several hours each Saturday morning. Beautiful place to live! This place over exceeds my expectations!! Office staff and maintenance are truly the best and I have throughly enjoyed living here, you will not be disappointed.
Best place ever What can I say, this is the best place to live. The staff especially Lindsay and Krista are the best. I have met a lot of people and made great friends. It is absolutely the best.

Excellent Community The Kingsley Apartments has been a wonderful place to live this past year and a half. We love to take advantage of the shops and restaurants next door while remaining in a clean and safe community. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

Best Apartments in Fort Mill 100% best living in fort mill. Plenty of food/shops to choose from. Grocery stores nearby. Always friendly staff. Beautiful interior. Perfect!
