Amazing place to live Not only is the location amazing, but the apartment is managed so well. The amenities are new and clean, the apartment management is easy to contact, and the maintenance crew promptly fills requests. I cant say enough good things about Kingsley!
Nice community KINGSLEY We just moved here and really get a good living experience in Kingsley apt. Expecially the fitnes center, very nice and quite, which I love. Good choice live in Kingsley apartment!
Great place to live We enjoy living at Kingsley apartments! The property is well maintained and clean. They offer all of the amenities you can think of, restaurants close by to walk to, and hiking trails nearby. The staff are friendly, and always willing to help.

Always accommodating, always greeting always looking to please and always making positive changes to the facility! Always something going on, yet like home each and every day!! Thank you guys and yes including the personnel that take care of our pesky needs!
Verified Renter It has become noisier and pricier now, but still a wonderful place to live. A very walkable community and the location can’t be beat. The staff make it great and they are very pleasant. Maintenance always takes care of things in a timely manner and they are great people.

The grounds are kept clean, neighbors are friendly and courteous, staff are helpful and responsive, and the apartment is so cozy. Having so many restaurants in walking distance is also a definite perk!

We were approved Tuesday evening and had furniture delivered by Thursday thanks to their referring us to AFR. The apartment was clean and move-in ready. We haven’t found anything at all to be concerned about. Looking forward to our time here in this lovely community.
