Verified Renter Kingsley is a great place to live. The fitness center is great. The grounds have always been well kept. My dog loves life here! Rent has gone up a lot, but that doesn’t make Kingsley any less nice or safe. Walking distance to Starbucks is unbeatable!

Verified Renter Kingsley is a beautiful apartment community in a great location. Being able to walk downstairs and go to restaurants, shops, and the adorable pond is so nice! The apartments are very modern and spacious as well as very quiet. I wasn't sure about being in a third floor unit, but our building has elevator access!
