Verified Renter It has become noisier and pricier now, but still a wonderful place to live. A very walkable community and the location can’t be beat. The staff make it great and they are very pleasant. Maintenance always takes care of things in a timely manner and they are great people.

The grounds are kept clean, neighbors are friendly and courteous, staff are helpful and responsive, and the apartment is so cozy. Having so many restaurants in walking distance is also a definite perk!

We were approved Tuesday evening and had furniture delivered by Thursday thanks to their referring us to AFR. The apartment was clean and move-in ready. We haven’t found anything at all to be concerned about. Looking forward to our time here in this lovely community.
