RecommendedA beautiful resort strategically located from Kona and the airport
Friendly staff, wonderful room, great pool and breakfast buffet. Loved the view of Mauna Kea even though not on the ocean front. Nice activities planned if you choose to participate. Would definitely return if we are lucky enough to come back.
Hotel was great! Very clean! Nice kitchen, washer dryer right in room, separate bedroom, outdoor balcony/patio. Pool was wonderful! Many buildings not just a one building hotel so some may have to drive to the pool, but your in Hawaii go see the island!! Shopping area nearby. Close to airport. Staff was friendly. only downside was the pool bar/grill closes at 7 after sight seeing all day and coming back to hotel to relax would have been nice to have some cocktails by the pool!

We were promised a executive room and we were given the junior suite. The marketing division was deceptive. The employees at Kingsland were helpful but the property was full.
Unfortunately, we needed to cancel our stay here as one of our children has a breathing issue and with the air quality close to 'unhealthy for sensitive groups' we needed to change. We were able to change our flight with Hawaiian with no extra charge as they understand our concern. Hilton, on the other hand, wants to charge us the full cancellation fee. Come on Hilton do the right thing and waive the cancellation fee! Many of us will return when the air quality is better.
Best holiday destination ever. Everything close at hand and nothing too much hassle for staff....they’re very friendly, helpful and courteous. Everywhere is spotless. Have never seen anything like it. Great for every age group. Would be back every year except I live in Ireland but fingers crossed.
