I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I've been lied to. I have been given the run around for 2 months. You can have back the free tank of gas for a good review. This is my second lease and they called me in to do an early return and said that my final 4 payments on my old lease would be taken care of. Well they didn't and KIA has me on the hook for 2 leases and they keep telling me they are working with KIA finance to fix this, but every time I call KIA finance they say the dealer has made no contact or eff... read more
