You must tell the people the true during the sale process. I bought a car 2016 and a maintenance coverage. The Financial person told me it so good because cover the tires changes. It is not the true. Now Kia said it is cover only if my life is in dangerous. What an unethical behavior.... this is my 3rd kia but now I don't want to deal with Kia.

The worst experience of my life trying to buy a car here! They quoted me a price over the phone for exact blue Kia I was looking for, than when I went in they pulled a bait and switch and at first said they don’t have a blue Kia, then after it magically appears 20 min later, they make me wait about an hour for the finance people to tell me the quote was wrong, and my financing would be close to twice as much as promised! Wasting several hours of everyone’s time!!! Bunch of liars!!! ��� do not buy from them!!!
Horrible Customer Service, especially management. Please be careful if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
Let me say Carlos is very nice � person handleing the issue I was happy � more happier I didn’t have trade in my car I didn’t have that long Carlos is the man to go to for great customer service no joke am give him great feedback what he did to me I may return If I have anymore problems because you can handle the problem for me
