Would not buy a car here My husband went to look at a Nissan here. He was told to sign a piece of paper saying if they could come to terms that he would buy a car that day. When my husband refused to do such a ridiculous thing, he was told that they couldn't show him any cars. After that experience, we would NEVER buy a car there and steer our friends away as well.
Depends on who you deal with In my years of exoeriences with Coral Springs Auto Mall I have found a variation of customer service. I have found when shopping for a new car there, they are respectful and not pushy. They ask about your needs and try to match them. But if you go in looking for a used car, and you know the make and model of car you want, they will push a million other cars on you - whether you want/like/can afford them or not. Car buying made easy I did alot of research on the car I wanted, so I was able to call around to see who would give the best price. Coral Springs Auto Mall beat the price right away! Best of all, I went right into the finance office, and they had the paperwork ready for me to sign. No waiting around. No haggling. It was the best car buying expirience I've ever had. Easiest Buy Ever! Since I have a very busy schedule, I haven't had the time to look at different car dealerships and search for the car I want. I got in touch with different car dealerships and asked them to alert me once the new shipments come in. No Service Very bad experience with 1st Service. Bought new Honda Accord, waited for the maintenance booklet which didn't arrive in mail, went back to dearship and spoke to sales person Eric,and was told didn't need one because it was already in the computer, today took the car for service, could get oil change without paying, because we needed a coupon book. IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!! Horrible,Inefficient,Appaulling,Awful,Unworthy,Incompetent, and above all NEGLIGENT. In 2009 I purchased a nissan versa and once I signed the contract the selle's and the F 7 I manager's attitude changed completely. They are nice when you are there to buy. The service was never good. Great Service by Coral Springs Automall I have been bringing my car to the service center for many years and John has been my go-to guy for many years. He is attentive and responsive. He always takes his time to explain all the work that is involved in the service and will answer any technical questions that I have during service. Plus, he is always quick to offer me a rental car or pick up service if there is any delay.
YOU SCREWED ME OVER, NOW WHAT? It was eight months ago that my air condiction started not to work. I went to Coral Springs Auto Mall for service. They fixed it and charged me $480.00 Two hours later the air condiction lost all of it freon and was back to blowing just warm air. They charged me $480.00 for a $20.00 can of freon. I went back and complained they said that they would check it again and came back with the NEW estimate. They wanted an additional $850.00 to fix it.
