After being frustrated with a few other dealerships, I was very happy with Coral Springs Kia. It has been the best experience in car buying. I liked the follow ups, the texts, the promised price, and responsiveness. Everything was so quick and of course I have to mention the excellent customer service from Dion Alcantara and Team!

I just purchased my first Kia and I absolutely love it. My experience was great. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what model I was even looking for but my dealer Rashid Khalil lead me to exactly what I wanted.I felt very comfortable and his extra efforts were greatly appreciated. Sales was surprisingly the only good part of buying a car though them. Sold me a car with a lean on it took 3 months to get it taken care of... Nothing but issues

My other Kia was causing me pocket problems so I decided to take a ride to the dealer for a change in finances. I looked at a few cars and Cezar was the best. He spoke to me like we were old friends and the Manager was awesome. He worked out a deal that I could not refuse and I am totally pleased with my new Kia Optima 2015.
